基于“独立制造岛”概念的柔性制造实践教学系统的建设

摘　　要：分析了柔性制造系统在先进制造领域的地位和作用,指出构建开放式柔性制造实践教学系统是提高高等学校机械工程专业学生工程实践能力的最佳选择。基于"独立制造岛"概念,提出了开放式柔性制造实践教学系统的建设思路,介绍了该系统的组成与实现、系统的特点和功能,并对此系统在未来实践教学中的作用进行了展望。This paper analyzes the position and role of Flexible Manufacturing System（FMS） in advanced manufacturing field and points out that the construction of open practice teaching system of FMS is a best choice to advance the practice ability of the students studied in mechanical engineering major in universities. A construction idea of open practice teaching system of FMS based on Alone Manufacturing Island （AMI） concept is proposed, the system composition, realization, features and functions are introduced, the role of this system in future practice teaching is predicted.
