摘  要:"学训交互,证赛交融,能力递进"的人才培养模式能进一步扩大校企合作主体,拓宽校企合作领域,深化校企合作层次。学训交互,能力递进,具有自身的特色。该模式的实施能充分重视学生全面发展,满足学生成长需要,促进学生人人成才。Personnel training mode about "learning and training interactive, certificate and competition blend, ability of progressive" can expand the main school-enterprise cooperation, deepen levels the school-enterprise cooperation. Learning and training interactive, ability of progressive are the personnel training mode with its own characteristics. The mode of implementation of the comprehensive develop the students to pay full attention, to meet the developmental needs of students, to promote all students taught.
