摘　　要：大学生自主发展是大学生需要面临的最重要的一个任务,为有效激发大学生自主学习自主成长的积极性,努力培养可持续发展人才,进一步推动学风建设。通过对高校大学生自主发展的现状进行分析,为研究探索提升学生自主发展的途径,对激发与调整好大学生发展的内在动力有重要意义。College student＇s self-directed development is an important thing that they should face.To arouse their enthusiasm of self-directed study and development and to ensure sustainable development,the author of this paper makes a study of the present situation and proposes some approaches to motivating and adjusting the internal impetus of students＇ development.
