摘 要:在给出Hiper Strut新型悬架结构图的基础上,利用Adams/Car建立Hiper Strut悬架仿真模型,仿真结果表明,该新型悬架在车轮上下跳动过程中,主销后倾角及主销内倾角变化量较小,保证了汽车具有较好的操纵稳定性。利用Adams/Insight对该悬架进行运动学优化,优化后的悬架定位参数得到较大改善。对Hiper Strut新型悬架所做的物理模型简化、仿真建模及运动学优化为进一步研究该新型悬架的性能提供了参考。A model of Hiper Strut suspension for simulation was established based on Adams/Car with a Hiper Strut suspension structure. The simulation shows that both of this new type suspension's caster angle and kingpin inclination angle change only a little during the parallel wheel travel test which ensures that the car has a good handling stability. The kinematics optimization of Hiper Strut suspension was carried out by using Adams/Insight, the optimized suspension's performance has been improved. The simplified physical model, the simulation model and the kinematics optimization of Hiper Strut suspension provide some references for further study of this new suspension.
