摘 要:介绍了试验模态分析的基本理论和多参考最小二乘复频域法(PolyMax)的基本思想。利用锤击法对大型联合收割机的蓄电池铅板进行了模态测试,通过LMS Text.Lab软件得出了蓄电池铅板的频响函数。对比了PolyMax法和最小二乘复指数法(LSCE)的结果,最后采用PolyMax模态识别方法对蓄电池铅板进行试验模态参数识别来提高模态参数提取的准确性,将试验模态结果与机器工作状态下蓄电池的激励频谱进行了对比分析,找出了造成蓄电池故障的原因并成功提出了解决方案。The basic theory of Experimental Mode Analysis (EMA)and the Least Squares Frequency Domain method (PolyMax method) was introduced. A hammering-impulse model test was carried on the accumulator lead-plate of harvester. The Fre- quency Response Function (FRF) of the accumulator lead-plate was achieved with LMS Test.Lab software under the H(v) esti- mator. The results of PolyMAX and least squares complex exponent method (LSCE method) were compared and analyzed. The PolyMax method in the experimental model analysis of an accumulator lead-plate was introduced to improve the accuracy of the modal analysis. By comparing the result of the experiment modal test and excitation vibration frequency spectrum of the accumu- lator in the working condition, the reason of the malfunction was found out and the improvement was given.
