摘　　要：资源是项目实施的最根本保证,包括自然资源和人造资源、内部资源和外部资源、有形资源和无形资源,知识作为无形资源的价值表现的更加突出。项目管理是实现组织战略计划的一种手段,项目管理能力直接影响项目的成功与否。通过对企业的多种资源进行计划,实现物流、资金流和信息流的统一,实现企业净利润的最大化。Resources are the most fundamental guarantee of project implementation,including natural resources and man-made resources,internal and external resources,tangible and intangible resources,knowledge of the value of intangible resources as the performance is more prominent.Project management is to achieve organizational strategic plan as a means of project management capabilities directly affect the success of the project.Through a variety of enterprise resource planning,implementation,logistics,capital flow and information flow of unity,to achieve the maximization of corporate profit.
