康复新液联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液对消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:选择经胃内镜确诊的66例消化性溃疡患者,随机分成两组,治疗组口服康复新液和埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片,对照组口服埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床疗效总有效率分别为100%、90.6%;两组治疗后内镜下疗效总有效率分别为97.1%、87.5%。两组有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:康复新液和埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片联合使用较单用埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片疗效更加可靠,总有效率更高,治愈率明显增加。Objective：To investigate the effects of Kangfuxin liquid for healing quality of peptic ulcer. Methods：66 cases patients with peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups randomly,study group （n=34）and control group （n=32）. Kangfuxin liquid combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets were given to the study group,and only esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets were given to the control group. Results：The clinical efficacy rate was 100%in the study group and was 90.6% in the control group. The gastroscope indicated that the total effective rate was 97.1% in the study group and was 87.5% in the control group.There was significant difference between the study group and the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Kangfuxin liquid combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets is more effective for peptic ulcer than esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets used only.
