摘  要:由于低温等离子体中有紫外线、高能电子、活性氧及活性氮等物质的存在,因此低温等离子体成为一种非常有潜力的杀菌手段.近年来,等离子体活性水日渐受到众多研究者的关注.本研究利用等离子体活性水处理金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和变形链球菌,通过菌落计数方法及荧光染色评价低温等离子体活性水的杀菌效果,并利用光谱仪和过氧化氢检测试剂盒对低温等离子体活性水中的活性物质进行检测评估.结果发现,低温等离子体活性水在20min内对变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有有效的杀菌作用,而对白色念珠菌的杀菌作用较弱.并且在低温等离子体活性水中检测到活性物质:原子氧及过氧化氢.本研究为低温等离子体活性水在口腔疾病预防及医用管装器械消毒等方面提供了实验基础.Non-thermal plasma is a promising bactericidal method due to the existence of ultraviolet, high energy electrons, reactive oxygen species, and reactive nitrogen species in plasma. Recently, the plasma activated water (PAW) has attracted more and more attention. In our study, PAW was applied to four different bacteria: Streptococcus mutans (S mutans), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Candida albicans (C. albicans). The inactivation effect of PAW was observed through colony counting method and fluorescence staining. The reactive oxygen species in the PAW was investigated by optic emission spectrometer and Hydrogen Peroxide Test Kit. Effective inactivation under PAW treatment of S. mutans, S. aureus, E. coli was achieved within 20 rain, while weak inactivation effect to C. albicans. In addition, reactive oxygen species such as atomic oxygen and hydrogen peroxide were detected in the PAW. Our study provides an experimental basis in the prevention of oral diseases and sterilization of medical tubular equipment by PAW.
