益胃护膜颗粒对实验性胃溃疡作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究益胃护膜颗粒的抗胃溃疡作用。方法采用大鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠慢性乙酸型胃溃疡、小鼠吲哚美辛型胃溃疡四种模型进行实脸,观察益胃护膜颗粒对实验性胃溃疡的胃黏膜保护作用。结果益胃护膜颗粒对大鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠慢性乙酸型胃溃疡、小鼠吲哚美辛型胃溃疡均有明显的保护作用。结论益胃护膜颗粒有明显的抗胃溃疡作用,研究结果为该药临床用于治疗胃溃疡提供了实验依据。Objective To study the action of Yiweihumo Granule on the experimental gastric ulcer - and to provide experiential basis for its advance applying. Methods Four kinds of experimental ulcer models including water immersion and restraint stress induce ulcer in rats, pyloric ligation -al ulcer in rats, acetic acid induced ulcer in rats, indomethacin induced ulcer in mice were used to ob- serve Yiweihumo Granule＇ s actions on the experimental gastric ulcer. Resulis The results showed that the Yiweihumo Granule significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress, pylorus ligation, acetic acid and indomcthacin. Conclusion Yiweihumo Granule has obvious anti - ulcer effect on rats. The experimental data are provided basis for Yiweihumo Granule＇ s clinical curative effect on gastric ulcer.
