摘　　要：介绍了牙科贵金属铸造合金的国内外应用状况、基本要求和国际上的有关标准 ,以及高金合金 ,低金合金和银合金的主要成分、性能和作用 ,并简要介绍了国外最近对某些非贵金属合金生物相容性的比较趋于一致的评价。Dental casting precious metal alloys with excellent properties have been used widely.In order to promote precious metal casting restoration in our country,the present situation of application of the alloys in overseas and domestic was described. The essential requirements and international standards of the alloys were presented. The compositions properties and uses of high gold alloys,low gold alloys and silver alloys were given respectively.The appraisement of biocompatibility of some basic metal alloys was also given briefly.
