摘  要:目的观察中药柴苓汤联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的临床疗效。方法共58例58只眼纳入本研究,其中29例29只眼单独予PDT治疗,29例29只眼予PDT联合中药柴苓汤治疗,并于治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月复查,检查患者的矫正视力、脉络膜新生血管(CNV)渗漏面积、CNV复合体厚度,2组之间同期进行比较。结果治疗后各时间点复查结果显示,2组间矫正视力无统计学意义的差异(P>0.05);而柴苓汤联合PDT组的CNV渗漏面积和CNV复合体厚度均明显小于单纯PDT组(P<0.05)。结论中药柴苓汤联合PDT治疗对渗出型AMD的治疗效果优于单纯PDT治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with Ehalhng Decoction for exudative age-related macular degeneration. METHODS Fifty-eight patients (58 eyes) with exudative agerelated macular degeneration treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly assigned into two groups. There are 29 eyes of 29 parents in the PDT group and 29 eyes of 29 parents in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with PDT group (PDT+TCM). Compared with the data of corrected visual acuity, leakage area of the choroidal neovascularization (CNV) and CNV thickness of the two groups at 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment. RESULTS In each stage of review after the treatment, the corrected visual acuity between the two groups showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). In each stage of review after the treatment, the CNV leakage area was significantly less in PDT+TCM group than the single PDT group (P〈0.05); the thickness of CNV complex of PDT+TCM group was reduced obviously than single PDT group (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS Photodynamic therapy combined with Chailing Decoction for exudative age-related macular degeneration was more effective than single photodynamic therapy.
