摘　　要：颈动脉海绵窦瘘是颈动脉分支与海绵窦的异常交通,它所继发的青光眼有其临床特点。本文通过病例分析颈动脉海绵窦继发青光眼的发病机制、诊疗方案以及出现误诊的原因,提出避免误诊的关键是提高对此类疾病的认识,影像学检查对它的诊断具有重要的价值。Carotid cavernous fistula is an abnormal traffic carotid artery and cavernous sinus. Secondary glaucoma of carotid cavernous fistula has its clinical characteristics. This article through 2 cases to analysis of carotid cavernous fistula secondary glaucoma pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment programs as well as the reasons for misdiagnosis, pointed out the key to avoid misdiagnosis is to raise awareness of these diseases, and imaging examination is of important value to the diagnosis of it.
