摘　　要：分析恐惧心理的原因,提出预防和消除考试恐惧心理的主要方法,提高体育教学质量和大学生运动能力。To improve the sport teaching quality and sport ability of university student, the research anaged the reasons of fear and put forward main methods of how to prevent and release examination fear.
