那素达滴眼液预防前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术术中出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨那素达滴眼液能否降低前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)术中出血的发生率。方法:采用随机双盲方法进行自身对照研究,选取60例(120眼)接受SBK手术的近视患者,一眼术前滴用那素达滴眼液为试验组,另一眼不滴用那素达滴眼液为对照组,观察术中出血情况。结果:那素达滴眼液组5眼(8.3%)发生术中出血;对照组27眼(45%)发生术中出血,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:那素达滴眼液能显著降低SBK术中出血的发生率。Objective： To evaluate preoperative Naphcon - A eye drops on decreasing intraoperative hemorrhage during Sub - Bowman - Keratomileusis for myopia~ Methods： In this double - blind randomized self - controlled study, 120 eyes （ 60 patients） with myopia underwent Sub - Bowman - Keratomileusis treatment were divided into Naphcon - A group and control group according to whether the use of Naphcon - A eye drops preoperatively. The intraoperative hemorrhage of eyes during surgery were compared between the two groups. Results： 5 eyes in Naphcon - A group occurred bleeding and 27 eyes in control group occurred bleeding during surger- y. There were statistically significant in intraoperative hemorrhage between Naphcon -A group and control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Condu- sions： Preoperative Napheon - A eye drops can reduce intraoperative hemorrhage during Sub - Bowman - Keratomileusis for myopia ef- ficiently.
