摘　　要：近年来,随着医学水平的提高,人类在肿瘤诊治方面已取得了巨大的进展。但是,全球肿瘤发病率和病死率仍然呈现逐年上升的趋势,在我国已成为第二大致死疾病。探讨肿瘤发生相关机制仍然是目前世界范围内的研究热点,而miRNA与肿瘤的关系近年来日益引起研究者的关注。该文就近年来miRNA在肿瘤研究领域的研究进展予以综述。In recent years, with the improvement of medical standards, human beings have made huge progress in cancer diagnosis and treatment. However,the global cancer incidence and mortality rate are still showing an increasing trend. Cancer has become the second largest fatal disease in China. It is still a hot research topic to explore the mechanisms of tumorigenesis. The relationship between miRNA and tumor has attracted increasing attention of researchers worldwide in recent years. Here reviews the recent progress in the field of miRNA in cancer research.
