摘 要:Ku蛋白功能广泛,近年来许多学者对其进行了深入研究,发现其不仅在维持染色体的稳定性及细胞周期的调控方面起到重要作用,而且与肿瘤的发生、发展、肿瘤放化疗抵抗密切相关。Ku蛋白在正常细胞中对肿瘤的抑制起到了重要的作用,而当其异常表达时可能会促进肿瘤的发生、发展,其在肿瘤中的表达水平及功能还会影响肿瘤放化疗疗效,另外在肿瘤患者血清中检测到其自身抗体水平升高,使其自身抗体有可能成为新的肿瘤标志物。Ku protein has a wide range of functions In recent years, many scholars have conducted in-depth researches on it, and found that it not only plays an important role in maintaining the stability of chromosome and regulating the cell cycle, but is also closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor as well as the resistance to tumor ehemoradiotherapy. The study also found that Ku protein in normal cells has played an important role in tumor inhibition. In case of abnormal expression, Ku protein may promote the occurrence and development of tumor, and its expression level and function in tumor may also influence the effects of tumor chemoradiotherapy. In addition, the elevated level of autoautibody detected in the serum of tumor patients makes it possible that its autoantibody become a new tumor marker.
