摘 要:机体免疫系统是抵抗外来病原体和各种伤害的重要防御系统,Th1/Th2在机体内处于动态平衡状态,此平衡是维持机体正常免疫状态的重要因素,其失衡与许多疾病的发生、发展密切相关。肝细胞癌变过程中,有多种与癌变相关的细胞因子,而近年来关于Th1/Th2型细胞因子与肝细胞癌(HCC)的关系已成为国内外学者研究的热点。探讨逆转Th1/Th2漂移及增强Th1细胞免疫,将为HCC的免疫治疗提供新的方法。The immune system is an important defense system, which is against foreign pathogens and a variety of injuries. Th1/T2 is a dynamic equilibrium in the body ,the balance of which is important to main- tain the body's normal immune status, and its imbalance is closely related with the development of many diseases. There are a variety of related cytokines in the process of hepatoeareinogenesis, and in recent years, studies on Th1/Th2 type cytokines and liver cancer have become a hot spot at home and abroad. Methods to reverse the Th1/Th2 shift and enhance Thl cell-mediated immunity will provide a new method for liver cancer immunotherapy.
