摘 要:为能通过分析垂向振动信号准确捕获列车与轨道的故障特征信息,提出基于冲击重构技术的垂向振动分析方法。该方法以基于多传感器网络的列车振动数据采集为基础,通过对采集的多传感器信息进行信号预处理、信息对齐平移、能量增强叠加等信息融合处理以完成对振动数据中冲击成分信息空域重构,再经时频分析处理提取各种故障特征信息,并用实例证明该方法能有效识别出列车与轨道引起的各种周期、非周期冲击。A vertical vibration analysis method based on the impact reconstruction technique was proposed to find correctly the fault feature information of a vehicle-track coupled system through analyzing its vertical vibration signals. With the proposed method, a muhi-sensor network was used to acquire the vehicle vibration data, then the acquired muhisensor information was processed with information fusion including signal preprocessing, aligned translation and energy enhancement superposition to reconstruct the impact component information of the vibration data, and finally, the information of various fault features was extracted with time-frequency analysis and processing. An application example showed that various periodic and aperiodic impacts caused by vehicle and track can be identified effectively with the proposed method.
