摘 要:通过理论计算与有限元模拟,对设置碟形弹簧螺栓连接结构受阶跃冲击载荷响应进行分析。对比设置与不设置碟形弹簧时螺栓峰值应力,揭示碟形弹簧刚度及系统阻尼对螺栓响应影响。结果表明:峰值应力与蝶形弹簧刚度及系统阻尼有关,设置碟形弹簧、减小蝶形弹簧刚度、增大系统阻尼均能降低螺栓峰值应力,且能迅速衰减冲击产生的振动。Through theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, the response of a bolted connection system with disk spring subjected to a step impulsive load was studied. By comparing the peak stresses of the bolt with and without disk spring, the influence of the system damping and the disk spring stiffness on the bolt response was revealed. The results showed that the peak stress of the bolt decreases significantly using disk spring in the bolted connection structure, and it is related to the disk spring stiffness and the system damping; the bolt peak stress is reduced with decrease in the disk spring stiffness and increase in the system damping, so the vibration caused by the impulsive load is attenuated rapidly.
