摘  要:基于动态载荷的频域识别方法,对引射筒所受发动机试车产生的动态载荷进行识别。通过实验测量引射筒在试车过程中的动态响应;通过有限元计算方法获得载荷基函数对结构作用响应;采用最小二乘法获得引射筒所受动态载荷谱。计算识别所得载荷谱产生的动态响应,并与实验测量值比较,给出识别所得动态载荷谱误差,并分析误差产生原因。结果表明,频域载荷识别方法能较准确识别引射筒在发动机试车过程中所受动态载荷,可为工程研究提供参考。Dynamic load identification of an ejector tube in processing of an engine testing was studied based on the frequency domain identification method. The dynamic response of the ejector tube in the processing of the engine testing was measured. Then, the response of the structure to the basis function of load was gained with FEM. Finally, the dynamic load spectrum of the ejector tube was obtained with the least squares method. The dynamic response of the ejector tube to the identified dynamic load spectrum was calculated and compared with that of the ejector tube in the engine testing measured. The error of the identified dynamic load spectrum was given and the cause of the error was analyzed. The results showed that the proposed identification method can be used to identify the dynamic load of the ejector tube in processing of an engine testing accurately, and the study results can provide a reference for further engineering studies.
