本土化视野下高职高专旅游专业人才培养模式改革研究——以桂林旅专人才培养模式改革探索为例

摘　　要：旅游业的飞速发展,对旅游从业人员提出了更高的要求。当前,我国高职高专旅游专业人才培养存在着诸如人才培养目标模糊;专业建设缺乏特色;教学模式陈旧,改革缓慢;人才培养与市场脱节,缺乏创新意识等问题。只有坚持本土化的价值取向,推进本土化旅游专业人才培养模式改革创新,才能满足旅游市场对人才的需求。桂林旅专在专业建设、国际化办学、校企合作、校园文化建设、实践教学等方面对本土化旅游专业人才培养模式改革进行了有益的探索。The rapid developments of tourism industry put forward a higher request to the tourism talents. At present, there are many problems in higher vocational training of tourism professional talents in our country, such as ： the fuzzy of talent cul- tivation target ;the lack of characteristic specialty construction;the old teaching model and slow reform;personnel training dislocation with the market and lack of innovation consciousness. Only by adhering to the value orientation of localization and promoting the innovation of the training model reform of tourism professional talents of localization, we can adapt to the needs of the tourism market. Guilin Tourism College has carried on some beneficial explorations about the innovation mode of tourism professional talents cultivation of localization on the professional construction, international education, school - enter- prise cooperation, the construction of campus culture and practice teaching.
