选好用好中层管理干部 不断提升地方高校核心竞争力

摘  要:地方大学院(系)和职能部门中的管理干部既是教学、科研上的佼佼者,又直接肩负着教书育人的崇高使命,他们的能力如何、德性怎样,最受师生关注。在新一轮高等教育大变革、大发展当中,要不断提升地方高校核心竞争力,选用好中层管理干部至关重要。学校党委要将政治上可靠、学术上突出、道德上可敬的中青年人才选用到院(系)和职能部门管理岗位上来,以此推进地方大学又好又快发展。The middle - level staff of colleges or departments and of functional departments are the outstanding persous in terms of teaching and academic research, and they also shoulder the responsibility to impart knowledge and cultivate people. Their ability and moral character are always the focus of teachers' and students' concern. In a new round of great reform of h/gher education and great development, to promote the core competitiveness of local universities ~ it' s important to select and use appropriately tile middle - level managerial staff. The school Party committee should select and assign those politically reliable, academically outstanding, morally respectable young and middle- aged talents to the nranagerial posts of colleges and funetional departments, so as to promote the fast and good development of local universities.
