摘　　要：脑卒中是临床常见病，肢体偏瘫又是脑卒中最常见的并发症和后遗症之一，严重影响患者的日常活动和生活质量，如何帮助患者重获更好的运动功能成为了严峻的课题。我院通过对65例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行系统化、规范化的三级康复整体护理，经临床观察，取得满意效果。说明三级康复整体护理可促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的恢复，值得临床推广。Stroke is the common disease in clinic, limbs hemiplegia is the most common compli- cation and sequelae, which is seriously impact the patients＇ daily activities and quality life. How to help patients regain a better movement function becomes a serious project. Implemented systemat- ic, standardized three-stage rehabilitation of holistic nursing to 5 stroke patients with hemiplegia. After the clinical observation, we get a satisfactory result. It explains that three-stage rehabilitation of holistic nursing can promote the recovery of limb movement function of stroke patients with hemiole^ia.It is worthy to spread in clinic.
