摘 要:介绍了体外模拟胆结石有序结构的化学反应体系:金属离子-脱氧胆酸凝胶体系。在凝胶介质中,当金属离子与脱氧胆酸钠形成沉淀的反应远离平衡态时,沉淀生长得到类似于胆结石中的周期环/分形有序结构。用扫描仪、体式显微镜记录有序结构的形貌;傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表征沉淀的微观结构;从微观结构认识胆结石的形成。The open chemical experiment named the external analogue of ordered structures of gall-stone was conducted in this paper based on the metal ion-deoxycholic acid reaction system.In gel,when the reaction between metal ion and deoxycholic acid is far from equilibrium,precipitation was produced which grew to form period ring and fractal structure like gallstone.The periodic rings or fractal orderly precipitation,similar to gall-stone,could be observed using the stereo microscope and scanner.The FTIR also can be used to show the themirostructures of the orderly precipitation.The formation could be understood from evolution of microstructure.The experiment which was related to inorganic chemistry,bioscience,structural characterization and analysis technique etc.involved a broad coverage of subjects,which reflected the features of China University of Mining Technology and Engineering.
