摘 要:对煤气废水活性污泥振荡培养,经驯化、分离筛选出一株能转化间苯二酚的优势降酚菌,命名为JS-4。对不同浓度间苯二酚降解试验表明,培养3 h,菌株JS-4对500、1 000、1 500和2 000 mg.L-1间苯二酚降解率分别为77.62%、55.24%、47.78%和48.25%;降解速率分别达到129.37、184.13、238.90和321.63 mg.L-1。培养24h时,基本可以完全降解上述不同浓度下的间苯二酚(>97.0%),表明JS-4具有较强的降解间苯二酚能力,而且具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力。由生理生化试验和16S鉴定结果可知,菌株JS-4为不动杆菌属。The efficient resorcinol degrading bacterial strain JS-4 was acclimated and isolated from coal gasification wastewater activated sludge. Different concentrations of resorcinol degradation tests showed that: For 3 h, strain JS-500, 1 000, 1 500, and 2 000 mg· L^-1 of resorcinol degradation rate were 77.62%, 55.24%, 47.78% and 48.25%; degradation rates reached 129.37, 184.13, 238.90 and 321.63 mg· L^-1, 24 h culture, which could be completely degraded to the different concentration of resorcinol (〉97.0%), Strain JS-4 not only had a strong ability to degrade resorcinol, and had some ability to be against shock loading. Combining morphologic characteristics and physiobiochemical characteristics with 16S sequence analysis, strain JS-4 was identified as Acinetobacter sp..
