摘　　要：近年来高校连续发生了多起命案,表明大学生心理健康教育的效果欠佳。积极人格的培养是大学生心理健康教育的重要方面,高校应在积极心理学理论背景下把增进大学生的积极体验、培养大学生的自尊自信和良好交往等心理品质作为大学生积极人格培养的主要方式。Murders cases happened consecutively in colleges and universities in recent a year, which shows that the effect of college students＇ mental health education is not satisfactory. Positive personality cultivation of college students＇ mental health education is an important value orientation. We should use positive psychology theory for reference and take the measures like promoting students＇ positive experience, cultivating college students＇ self- esteem, self-confidence, such as psychological quality and good communication as the main ways of cultivating the positive personalities of college students.
