摘  要:目的:优化循环超声辅助法提取黄芪多糖的最佳工艺,并比较不同产地不同品种黄芪的多糖含量。方法:以蒙古黄芪为材料,采用正交设计,对循环超声辅助法提取黄芪多糖的工艺进行优化;按照最佳工艺提取不同产地和品种的黄芪多糖;用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果:各因素对黄芪多糖提取率的影响大小依次为:提取时间>超声时间/间隙时间>超声波功率。最佳提取工艺为:提取时间40min,提取功率1 000W,超声时间/间隙时间比值1/1。在优化后的最佳工艺参数下,多糖提取率最高可达11.44%,比传统煎煮方法提取的多糖得率高3.38%。不同产地和品种黄芪的多糖含量由高到低依次为:红芪饮片、东北1号饮片、宁夏2号饮片、岷川饮片、宁夏1号饮片、东北2号饮片、禹州饮片、首阳饮片、铁芪饮片、陇西饮片。Abstract:This paper optimized the ultrasonic wave--assisted extraction process of Astragalus Polysaccharides and com- pared the contents of Astragalus Polysaccharides among different areas or varieties. Method:With Menggu variety as test material, the orthogonal design was applied to optimize ultrasonic wave--assisted extraction process. The content of polysaccharides was measured by phenol--vitriol. Result:The factor order according to the extraction yield of Astragalus Polysaccharides from strong to weak was extracted time,ultrasonic time/rest time,ultrasonic power. The best ultrasonic -- extracting technique was based on extracting for 40 minutes with the power of l 000 W and ultrasonic/non-- ultrasonic time as 1/1 . On the conditions the highest yield of Astragalus Polysaccharides was 11.44% which was 3.38% more than the traditional dipping extraction method. The sequence according to the content of polysaccharides was Hongqi Dongbei Ⅰ〉 Ningxia Ⅱ 〉 Minchuan〉 Ningxia Ⅰ 〉 Dongb Ⅱ〉 Yuzhou 〉 Shouyang 〉 Tieqi 〉 Longxi.
