血浆同型半胱氨酸和超敏C-反应蛋白水平与复发性脑梗死相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平与复发性脑梗死的关系。方法:选择120例急性脑梗死患者,其中复发性脑梗死58例(复发组),初发性脑梗死62例(初发组);采用免疫荧光法测定两组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸的水平。血清超敏C反应蛋白含量测定采用免疫透射比浊法。分析两者与复发性脑梗死的相关性。结果:复发组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(25.6±5.7)μmol/L显著高于初发组(15.9±4.8)μmol/L;复发性脑梗死组超敏C反应蛋白(10.2±2.3)mg/L与初发组的(6.3±1.8)mg/L比较差异有统计学意义。两组间患者年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、身体质量指数、血脂水平及高血压病、糖尿病、心脏病的患病率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血浆Hcy和Hs-CRP水平与复发性脑梗死显著相关,检测和及时干预二者水平对防治脑梗死复发有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine （Hcy）, high-sensltivity C reactive pro- tein （Hs-CRP） and recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction, in- cluding recurrent cerebral infarction in 58 eases, 62 cases of primary cerebral infarction. Plasma homocysteine levels of two grops was deteced by immunofluorescence method. Serum high sensitivity C reactive protein content were determined by im- mune transmission turbidity method. To analysis the relationship between them and recurrent cerebral infarction. Results ： Re- current cerebral infarction plasma homocysteine levels （25.6 ＋ 5.7 ） p^mol/L was significantly higher than in primary eases （ 15.9 ~ 4.8 ） p, mol/L; Recurrent cerebral infarction group of high sensitivity C reactive protein （ 10.2 ＋ 2.3 ） mg/L and the primary group （6.3 ~ 1.8） mg/L, there was a significant difference. Between the two groups in age, gender, smoking, alcohol consumption, body mass index, blood lipid levels and hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and the prevalence rate of no signifi- cant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： There is a significant correlation between plasma Hcy and Hs-CRP levels and recur- rent cerebral infarction, detection and timely intervention of two level of significance for the prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction.
