表面麻醉下行复合式小梁切除术临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨表面麻醉下行复合式小梁切除术的可行性及效果。方法:对37例(48眼)青光眼患者用爱尔卡因滴眼液表面麻醉下行复合式小梁切除术,观察麻醉效果及术中、术后并发症。结果:麻醉成功率93.8%,效果满意,术中未出现常规麻醉可能出现的局部及全身并发症。结论:表面麻醉下行复合式小梁切除术麻醉效果良好,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the feasibility of topical anesthesia in compound trabeculectomy and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods： 37 cases（48 eyes） with glaucoma were performed the compound trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia with Alcaine.The effects of anesthesia and intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.Results： 45 eyes（93.8%） were anaesthetized successful,no local and systemic complications appeared.Conclusion： Topical anesthesia can be used effectively and safely for compound trabeculectomy of glaucoma,it deserve to be spreaded.
