摘　　要：这些年江西省高校领导班子建设取得较大的成绩,领导班子成员政治过硬,整体素质较高,专业能力较强,但也还存在不足及面临一些难以克服的困境。通过有效政治理论学习、民主协作和法制监督来构建江西本科高校领导班子建设长效机制,达到不断提升江西高校领导班子的思想理论水平和完善领导班子建设的体制机制及规范治校的目标。The construction of University leadership in Jiangxi province made great achievements over the years, including the excellent Political quality, the overall high - quality, the strong professional competence. But there are also some insurmountable problem faced. To establish long - term mechanism for the construction of University leadership in Jiangxi province through effective study of political theory, democratic collaboration and legal supervision could continually enhance the ideological and theoretical level of the leading group in universities in Jiangxi, perfect institutional mechanism in construction of the leadership and norm management objectives.
