摘  要:与专业教师相比高校"思政课"教师的特殊性在于他们面对的学生群体庞大,承担着繁重的教学任务,教学效果实效性差,教学目标被强化而地位处境却被边缘化。当前高校"思政课"教师存在三大职业心理冲突主要表现为地位上的反差,教学科研两难的窘境以及职业认同感的缺乏。预防和化解的方法应从增强"思政课"教师的荣誉感、责任感、职业认同感,加强培训力度,提升专业能力,营造宽松的教学环境,关心教师职业发展几方面努力,从而提高高校"思政课"教学的实效性以及教师自身生存质量。Compared with professional teachers, Universitiy teachers lecturing ideological and political theory course have particularity. They face a huge student population,bear the onerous task of teaching. The effective- ness of their teaching effectiveness is poor. Teaching objectives is strengthened but the status and situation is marginalized.there are three professional psychological confliction in universities teachers lecturing ideological and political theory course,such as the contrast of position, the dilemma betown teaching and research,as well as a lack of professional identity. Ways to prevent and resolve are efforts from the following aspects: enhancing sense of honor, responsibility and professional identity of teachers, enhancing training efforts, enhancing the professional competence, creating a relaxed learning environment,care teachers professional development. Thus improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course and teachers' quality of life.
