摘　　要：模糊限制是法庭审判中人们常常使用的特殊语用策略。文章通过真实的法庭语料,以维索尔伦的语言顺应论为理论基础,通过语言的选择性和顺应性对模糊限制语的使用情况进行动态研究,旨在找出法庭对话中运用模糊限制语的产生原因、实现方式、顺应过程和语用功能。Hedge is a special strategy people often employ at courtroom trials. Based on Verschueren＇s Ad- aptation theory, this paper makes a dynamic study of hedges in the authentic courtroom discourse through the language＇s choice and adaptability, so as to find out the reasons, major linguistic realization, adapta- tion process and pragmatic functions of hedges used in courtroom language.
