略论学分制背景下高校学籍管理工作

摘　　要：目前,以学分制为主的教学管理体制改革正在高校积极推行。新的管理模式的施行,必然要求建立一套与之适应的运行机制,学籍管理制度作为高校教学管理的重要组成部分,要适应学分制改革的需要,满足学生个性化发展的要求,进行适应性改革势在必行。随着学分制在我国高等学校的推行,传统的高校学籍管理制度出现许多新问题。在分析学分制学籍管理特点的基础上,立足于二级学院,从学院管理层面、学生自身层面以及师资层面出发,对学分制背景下的学籍管理措施进行了探讨。The management reform based on credit system is actively promoted in universities at present ; therefore, a new suitable managing system is demanded. This new mechanism, as an indispensible part of university management, is required to meet the needs of the credit system reform and the individual devel- opment of university students. With the spreading of the credit system, the traditional students＇ school roll management is confronted with many newly arising problems. Thus this paper attempts to illuminate the approaches to improve the efficiency of the mechanism based on the analysis of features of management of the secondary college from the following three aspects including the college management, the students, and the teaching staff.
