摘　　要：目的　评价国产降纤酶 ( Defibrase)治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。　方法　应用随机双盲安慰剂对照方法 ,4 3例给予降纤酶 1 0 u、 5 u、 5 u隔日 1次 ,加入生理盐水中静脉滴注 ,4 3例给予安慰剂静脉滴注。　结果　降纤酶组神经功能缺损程度评分及 Barthel氏指数优于安慰剂组 ,但两组间未达到统计学差异。降纤酶组明显降低了血浆纤维蛋白原。　结论　降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死 ,具有安全性和有效性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic defibrase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke Methods In a prospective , double blind , randomized , placebo controlled trial 43 patients received intravenous defibrase 10u,5u,5u every other day and 43 received placebo every other day for three Results The neurologic deficit score and Barthel Index of defibrase group better than placebo , but there was no significant difference in overall mean scores Defibrase group reduced significantly plasma fibrinogen levels than placebo group Conclusions The domestic defibrase is effective and safe in the treatment of acute ischemic brain infarction
