摘 要:[目的]为了进一步了解冷配与本交两种配种方式对黄牛性能改良的影响,对比分析不同配种方式西×蒙杂交犍牛的产肉性能差异。[方法]对18月龄西×蒙F2代犍牛进行屠宰对比试验。[结果]冷配犍牛较本交犍牛宰前活重、屠体重和净肉重分别提高了15.05%、17.18%和17.29%。两组差异显著(P<0.05)。两试验组产肉性能差异较大,但其它性能差异不明显。[结论]尽管改良程度相同,但不同配种方式所产后代产肉性能差异明显。[Objective]In order to further understand the different influence of frozen and natural mat ing to yellow cattle performance improvement, the difference of beef performance of bullocks with different mating was analyzed. [Method]18 month old bullocks which are F2 generation from Simmental and Mon golian Cattle with frozen and natural mating were used to the comparative slaughter test. [Result]Corn pared with the natural mating bullocks, the average live weight ,carcass weight and net meat rate of frozen mating bullock increased 15.05%, 17.18%and 17.29%. The difference between the two groups was sig nificant (P〈0.05). Expect that the difference of beef performance between the two groups was signifi cant, there was no significant difference in other performances. [Conclusion]Although the improved degree were the same, the beef performance of bullocks with different mating were evidently different
