摘　　要：对高职高专学报排版工作现状进行了分析,指出了现有排版工作模式的弊端,针对存在的问题,从选择排版员的原则和技巧,尊重排版员及其劳动成果,提高排版员和编校人员的沟通效果,建立朋友式关系诸方面提出了一系列措施,以期提高高职高专学报排版工作质量。This thesis analyzes the status of type setting of high vocational education academic journals and points out the disadvantages of existing type setting mode, proposes several measures such as the principles and technique of choosing type setter, respecting type setters and their work, improving the communication effect between type setters and copyeditors, building friendship relation to treat these problems, hopes to improve the quality of type setting of high vocational education academic journal.
