摘　　要：分析全日制专业学位硕士研究生现状及问题,研究全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养与知识转移作用机理。分析全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养机制,认为全日制专业学位硕士与知识转移要相互促进,并建议政府应推动校企及校际合作,推动知识转移。By the analysis of the current situation and problems of full-time professional master＇s degree,full-time professional master degree training and knowledge transfer mechanism and training mechanism is studied.Through the above analysis,it is pointed out that full-time professional master＇s degree and knowledge transfer promote each other,and it is recommended that the governments encourage school-enterprise and inter-school cooperation to promote knowledge transfer.
