响应面法优化三叶草中类黄酮提取工艺

摘　　要：采用单因素试验和响应面试验方法对三叶草中类黄酮的提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数为72%、浸提温度80℃、液固比20∶1、浸提时间24 min,在此条件下黄酮的提取量为2.49%(干基).By using of single factor experiment method and response surface method,the optimal extracting condition of flavonoids in clovers were determined as follows：72% ethanol,extacting temperature 80 %,ratio of liquid to solid 20,extracting time 24 min.Under this condition,the total flavonoid content was 2.49 % （dry weight）.
