全脑放疗联合立体定向放疗治疗肺癌脑转移临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨立体定向放射治疗(SRT)与全脑放射治疗(WBRT)治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效及安全性。方法:选择2007年9月至2009年10月收治的71例肺癌脑转移患者作为研究对象,行32～40 Gy/2.0 Gy全颅放疗及24～30 Gy/6～10 Gy X线立体定向放射治疗。结果:放疗后1～3个月复查,全组完全缓解率为57.7%,总有效率85.9%;中位生存时间为10.4个月,1年生存率为57.7%。结论:SRT结合WBRT治疗肺癌脑转移疗效肯定,毒性小,具有临床推广价值。Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of stereotactic radiotherapy （SRT） and whole brain radiotherapy （WBRT） in the treatment of lung cancer with Brain metastases. Methods： 71 patients of lung cancer with Brain metastases re- ceivod whole brain radiotherapy of 32 - 40 Gy/2.0 Gy and stereotactic radiotherapy of 24 - 30 Gy/6 - 10 Gy. Results： The com- plete response rate （CR） and the overall response rate （CR ＋ PR） were 57.7 % and 85.9 %, respectively. The median surviv- al time was 10.4 months and the 1 - year survival rate was 57.7 %. Conclusion： The combination of WBRT with SRT is effective and less toxic, and can be put to a wide use in clinical practice.
