摘　　要：本文从医学英语测试相关的概念入手,介绍了医学英语测试的特点、目的和意义,客观分析了目前医学英语测试中存在的主要问题,包括医学英语测试理论方面研究不足,医学英语测试的信度、效度不均衡,医学英语测试存在负面的反拨效应,并就医学英语测试的方法、信度、效度和反拨效应进行了探讨。This article introduces the characteristics, purpose and meaning of medical English test, from the basic concept of the medical English test, Objectively analyses the main problem of the current medical English test, as the shortage of Theory research in medical English test, the disequilibrium during the validity and credibility of medical English test, the negative bsckwash of medical English test, and discusses the method, credibility, validity and backwash of medical English testing.
