摘　　要：临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段,教学理念和方法的革新是教学探索的重中之重。尤其是检验专业的医学生,必须强化其实际操作能力,培养善于与临床沟通的思维方式,全面提升综合素质,成为既精通专业又有良好职业道德的合格检验技术人才。Clinical practice is an important stage of medical education and the innovation of teaching concept and teaching methods is top pri- ority in our exploration. The laboratory medicine majors should develop its practical operation ability, cultivate the thinking mode of being good at communication in the clinical practice and improve the overall personal quality so as to be qualified professional talents with beth professional tech- nology and good professional ethics.
