摘 要:水分胁迫条件下评价了马铃薯抗旱性表型性状。结果表明,单株产量与根鲜干重、茎干重、单株块茎数、单块茎重量,小区产量呈极显著或显著直线正相关。根系拉力与植株高度、根鲜干重、茎鲜干重、叶鲜干重、单株块茎数、单块茎重量和小区产量呈极显著或显著直线正相关,根系拉力最高的品种永德紫皮洋芋、马尔科洋芋亦表现出根鲜干重、茎鲜干重、叶鲜干重以及产量显著高于其他品种,根系的干物质含量也较高。采用根系拉力和根重、茎重、叶重综合表型性状能够更准确地预测和评价马铃薯品种的抗旱性。根系拉力测试2次,在盛花期测试更为重要。Tbe phenotypie trait of drought resistance of potato was evaluated under moisture starvation. The results showed that the yield of plant had a dominant positive linear correlation with the dry and fresh weight of root, dry weight of stem, tuber number of plant, weight of tu- ber and total yield. Root pulling resistance had a dominant positive linear correlation with plant height, the dry and fresh weight of root, dry and fresh weight of stem, dry and fresh weight d led, tuber number of plant, weight of tuber and total yield. The varieties Yongdezipi and Merke with the highest root pulling resistance were also higher than other varieties in terms of yield, dry and fresh weight of root, dry and fresh weight of stem, dry and fresh weight of leaf, as well as the dry matter of plant. The result d the study shows that the synthetical pheno- typic trait including root pulling resistance and root weight, stem weight, leaf weight of plant could calculate the drought ~sistance of potato accurately. When plant blossomed fully, the test of root pulling resistance was more important to evaluate the drought resistance ability of po- tate.
