摘 要:采用叶绿素荧光技术测定不同茶树品种(系)的叶绿素荧光参数,并对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)与叶绿素荧光参数进行相关性分析。结果显示:在供试的12个品种(系)中,0311(6)、0305(10)两个品系的光化学淬灭系数qP、电子传递速率ETR、最大原初光化学量子效率、光响应曲线以及对光强度响应的初始斜率均处于较高水平,表明这2个品系光能利用效率较强,具有较高潜在生物产量的生理基础。The chlorophy II fluorescence parameters of leaves of different tea-plant varieties or strains were measured by the chlorophy H fluo- rescence measuring technique. And the correlation relationship among the content of the chlorophy II ($PAD) and the chlorophy II fluores- cence parameters were studied. The results showed that the strain 0311 (6) and strain 0305(10) had a high value of the photochemical quenching coefficient (qP), the apparent photosynthetic electnm transport rate(ETR), maximal photochemical efficiency of photeaystem II ( F,/F, ), light response curves and initial slopes trom response of ETR to light intensities. And the results also indicated that the strain 0311 (6) and strain 0305 ( 10 ) could have strong light energy utilization efficiency, and sprout early, grow quickly, and have big potential physiological and biochemical foundations to obtain high biomass.
