摘 要:采用气质联用仪对我国四川、云南、湖北、重庆及美国、马拉维白肋烟样品的中性香气物质含量进行分析测定,结果表明,巨豆三烯酮等重要的类胡萝卜素类降解产物在美国白肋烟中的含量显著高于四川产区的白肋烟,西柏烷类的重要降解产物茄酮、苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类等在四川产区烟叶的含量均高于美国烟叶。聚类分析将四川各取样点和美国、马拉维产区聚成3类,分类结果显示,60%的四川样点与美国为一类。四川产区烟叶的类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量较丰富与美国烟叶接近,西柏烷类含量则略低于美国烟叶。因此,四川白肋烟与美国白肋烟有较高的相似性。GC-MS was used to analyze neutral aroma components content of hurley tobaccos from Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Chongqing,the United States and Malawi. The results showed that Megastlgmatrianone and some other carotenoid catabolites were higher in American hurley tobacco than that in Sichuan hurley tobacco. The cembranoids catabolite (aroma aminophenol, browning reaction products and Solananc ) were higher in Sichuan hurley tobacco than that in American hurley tobacco. Each sampling points of Sichuan, America and Malawi were di- vided into three categories, and classified results indicated that 60 % of the samples in Sichuan and the United States was divided into a class. Carotenoids content in Sichuan was close to that in American tobacco but cembranoids content was lower than that in American tobac- co. Therefore, Sichuan hurley bad higher similarity with American budey.
