摘 要:发挥离退休员工的社会价值,不单只有"法定延迟退休"这一种途径,"退而不休"也是个很好的思路。文章建议构建银色人才网,并将其作为"退而不休"知识型人才社会价值再发挥的主要平台。银色人才网构建及实施中的具体思路是:三维合力助推银色人才网构建及实施,网站须严格践行专为知识型离退休人才服务的宗旨,将网站建设成为"半官半民"的经营性网络平台,搭建国—省—市—县的层级垂落式网络体系,健全及完善网站的基本功能。Besides "legal delay retirement", "retire but still work" is also a good way for retired employees to play social value. The Article suggests building white-hair talents network, and taking it as a main platform of replaying social value of knowledge - based talents who are retired but still work. First, it defines the basic concepts and discusses the theoretical basis of building white-hair talents network, then compares and analyses advantages and disadvantages of practice experience between our country and abroad, and finally gives five suggestions to white-hair talents network construction and implementation: all should boost white-hair talents network building and implementation; the website should strictly enforce the purpose designed to serve knowledge -based retired talents; the network should become semi - governmental business website ; a nation - province - city - county hierarchy network system should be built; the basic function of website should be improved and perfected.
