摘　　要：建设江苏开放大学,是江苏省委、省政府根据经济社会发展需要、推进学习型社会建设所作出的重要决策。随着教育部正式批复同意江苏广播电视大学更名为江苏开放大学的文件下发,江苏电大经过15年的探索实践、理论研究、条件创造等不懈努力,终于取得了建设开放大学的阶段性成果。The construction of the Open University of Jiangsu is an important decision made by the Jiangsu provincial government based on the economic and social development needs and promoting the building of the learning society.With the official approval document of the Ministry of Education,Jiangsu Radio and TV University has been renamed as the Open University of Jiangsu.After 15 years of unremitting efforts on exploration and practice,theoretical research,and creation of conditions,it has finally achieved initial results of building the open university.
