摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清白细胞介素(IL)、免疫球蛋白及补体水平的影响,为临床治疗的安全性提供依据。方法将80例卵巢良性囊肿患者用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,对照组采用传统手术方法,比较两组术前及术后24 h血清IL、免疫球蛋白及补体水平。结果两组IL-6在术后24 h均升高,但观察组IL-6升高幅度明显低于对照组;IL-2在术后24 h均下降,但观察组下降幅度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM及补体C4术后24 h均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);补体C3和IgG均下降,观察组下降幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术方法相比,腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤对患者血清IL、免疫球蛋白及补体水平影响小,手术损伤轻,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic operation in treatment of benign ovarian tumor on serum levels of interleukin,immunoglobulin and complement in order to provide foundations for clinical therapeutic safety. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups,40 patients each. The observation group underwent laparoscopie operation, while the control group underwent traditional operation. Serum levels of interleukins, immunoglobulin and complement before and 24 h after the operations were compared between the two groups. Results Serum IL-6 level was increased after 24 h of operations in both the two groups, but the increasing extent in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Se- rum IL-2 level was decreased in both the two groups after 24 h of operations, but the decreasing extent in the observation group was low- er than that in the treatment group（P 〈 0. 05）. No significant changes in serum levels immune globulin IgA, IgM and complement CA were found before and after operation in both the two groups. However, serum immune globulin IgG and complement C3 levels were de- creased in both the two groups after 24 h of operations, and the decreasing extent in the observation group was lower than that in the con- trol group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Compared to traditional operation, laparoscopic operation has little effect on the serum levels of interleukins,immunoglobulin and complements. The operation damage is light that should be beneficial for the postoperative recovery.
