摘 要:目的评价一种新型氧化锆处理剂对氧化锆陶瓷与树脂短期粘结强度的影响。方法加工32个氧化锆瓷块随机分为4组分别对粘结面进行以下处理:组A,氧化铝喷砂;组B,喷砂后硅涂层处理并应用硅烷偶联剂;组C,喷砂并应用包含10-MDP单体的瓷处理剂;组D,喷砂并应用新型氧化锆陶瓷处理剂。制作32枚光固化复合树脂圆柱并用传统Bis-GMA基质的树脂水门汀粘结于预处理后的氧化锆瓷块上,水浴24 h后测试剪切粘结强度并进行断裂模式分析。以扫描电镜和表面能谱分析对处理剂处理的氧化锆进行表征,红外光谱(FTIR)表征处理剂。结果组A和组D分别显示了最低和最高的粘结强度。结论新型氧化锆处理剂能够提高氧化锆陶瓷的短期树脂粘结强度。Objective To evaluate the effect of a new zirconia primer on bond strength between resin composite and zirconia ceram- ics. Methods 32 zirconia ceramics blocks were manufactured and randomly divided into 4 groups. They received different ways of sur- face treatment. Group A : alumina sandblasting ; group B : sandblasting followed by silica coating via sol-gel process combined with apply- ing silane couple agent; group C:sandblasting followed by applying a ceramic primer containing 10-MDP monomer; group D:sandblast- ing followed by applying a new zirconia experimental primer. 32 light-cured composite resin cylinders were prepared and bonded on the zirconia ceramics discs using a conventional Bis-GMA based resin cement. After bath in water for 24 h,shear bond strength (SBS) and modes of failure were determined. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were used for characterization of zirconia treated with the primers, and FTIR was used for characterization of the primers. Results Group A presen- ted the lowest SBS values, while group D presented the highest SBS values. Conclusions Use of the new zireonia experimental primer increases the short-time bond strength of zirconia.
