摘  要:目的利用锥体束CT(cone-beam computed tomography scans,CBCT)对骨性错患者上前牙区牙槽骨高度进行研究。方法 60例成年患者分为3组,每组20例,分别为骨性Ⅰ类20例(组一),骨性Ⅱ类20例(组二),骨性Ⅲ类20例(组三),采集颅面部CBCT的Dicom数据,使用Dolphin Imaging 11.0软件对骨组织进行三维重建,测量上前牙区牙槽骨高度,并对其进行统计学分析。结果上颌中切牙与侧切牙间及上颌侧切牙与尖牙间的牙槽骨高度,在骨性Ⅰ类和Ⅲ类患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而上颌中切牙间牙槽骨高度则在3类患者中差异均无统计学意义。结论在3种骨性错畸形中,上前牙区牙槽骨高度在中切牙区无统计学差异,而在上颌侧切牙的近中和远中的牙槽骨高度在3种骨性错畸形中不完全相同。Objective To evaluate the heights of the maxillary anterior alveolar bones with skeleton malocclusion by CBCT. Methods Sixty patients with skeleton malocclusion were divided into 3 groups, with 20 patients in each group :20 cases with skeleton malocclu- sion I (group 1 ) ,20 cases with skeleton malocclusion IX (group 2) ,20 cases with skeleton malocclusion ]I (group 3 ). Collect craniofa- cial Dicom data by CBCT. The CT images were constructed into 3D models by using medical image processing software Dolphin Imaging 11. O. We surveyed the heights of the maxillary anterior alveolar bones. The measurements were analyzed statistleally. Results The heights of the central incisive alveolar bones had no significant differences among the three groups. The heights of alveolar bones be- tween maxillary central incisors and lateral incisors as well as those between maxillary lateral incisors and canine teeth had significant differences between group 1 and group 3 ,group 2 and group 3. Conclusions In patients with the three kinds of skeleton malocclusion, there is no statistical difference in heights of maxillary anterior alveolar bones in central incisive areas. The heights of the mesial and distal lateral incisive alveolar bones are not the same in patients with the three kinds of skeleton malocclusion.
