小汗腺汗囊瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,40岁。左眼外眦囊肿7个月。皮肤科情况:左眼外眦有一直径约0.8cm囊肿,边界清楚,质软,表面光滑。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮内可见一个扩大的囊腔,囊壁由两层立方形细胞组成,部分呈单层细胞,囊内见少量淡红色无定形物质。诊断:小汗腺汗囊瘤。A 40-year-old female presented with a （;yst on the outboard of her left eye for 7 month. Cutaneous examination showed a cystic, well-circumscribed and soft lesion on the outboard of left eye, and about 0.8era in diameter, with smooth surface. Histopathology revealed normal epidermis, a enlarged cyst in the dermis, and capsule wall lined by one or two layers of cuboidal cells, where could see a small amount of pink amorphous material in the cystic cavity. Diagnose： eccrinc hidrocystoma.
